Shared Services: celebrating people, progress, and purpose

Nigel leads our Shared Services function with a clear focus on delivering exceptional internal client service at optimal cost and quality. An ACA-qualified strategic leader, he’s known for being a resourceful ambassador of change. Outside of work, you’ll often find him cycling through the countryside.

Nick leads Operational Delivery, with a sharp focus on driving our Operational Excellence priority. As a member of the Operations Board, he plays a key role in shaping and executing strategic programmes across the business. Nick stepped into this role in October 2023, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his time as an Audit Partner and Regional Head of Audit for the South East. His journey with the firm began in 2005 as a trainee — an inspiring example of professional growth and progression. Off the clock, Nick’s all about football — he’s a loyal Brentford fan and a regular on the sidelines of women’s matches, cheering on his daughter. He’s also a big fan of the outdoors, whether it’s running, walking, or cycling, and loves nothing more than cooking up a storm at home with his dog by his side.
